Linking Excellence in Biomedical knowledge and Computational Intelligence Research for personalized management of CVD within PHC

The ideas that lead to LINK are based on the quest to provide a systematic way to deepen in a long lasting and sustainable strategy a scientific cooperation link between leading research institutions (one from a widening region) based on exploring synergies to tackle key scientific research questions and to increase international impact by fostering active leadership roles in central scientific organizations.

The project integrates expertise from intelligent processing for PHC, but also takes onboard through its research and innovation forum a wide range of fields such as cardiologists, business modeling and development, innovation experts, wearable electronics, computer science, image expertise, data analytics, standardization bodies.
